Spa Policy and Procedure

We are a small business spa and want to provide you with an extraordinary experience. We strive to provide all clients with superb customer service. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment so that way we may start your service on time and handle any paperwork that may need to be done.

Quiet, Please! -Please turn off cell phones upon check-in at PK Massage & Spa and speak softly. We are a haven for all those coming here to relax and enjoy a calm and stress-free experience.

Children -For the comfort and safety of all of our clients, no children under 14 years old are allowed in any treatment room or left unattended in our waiting area. We strive to provide a relaxing, stress-free & safe environment for you and our other spa guests. The presence of children poses safety concerns due to the specialized equipment and procedures in use. We ask that you please arrange for childcare before your appointment. There will be NO exceptions. If you cannot find childcare before your appointment we will be glad to reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time. Your experience during your spa visit is our top priority.  We appreciate your understanding. 

Scheduling -Please be mindful when scheduling your appointment. We want you to schedule the correct service you would like to receive. We will be preparing for that specific service and a change of service may not be possible on the date of your appointment. A card is required on file to book all appointments. If you have questions about scheduling, please contact us.

Late policy -We understand that things happen outside of your control that make you late. We will do everything we can to accommodate you. However, if you are running more than 5 minutes late, we may shorten or reschedule your service. We want all clients to experience the same extraordinary treatment, so please let us know as soon as possible that you are running late so we can do our best to accommodate everyone.

Communicating your Preferences -All aspects of treatment can usually be modified to your taste: the amount of light, type of music, table temperature, and whether you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence. Feel free to ask questions. Your PK specialist will appreciate knowing your thoughts and clarifying any issues you may have.

Sick -If you are feeling under the weather please reschedule. We want to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for all clients and employees.

Payment/Deposit -We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Venmo. A credit card is required to hold all appointments. If you do not have a credit card to hold your appointment, we require a cash deposit amounting to 50% of the service scheduled. The money will be used towards your upcoming service. Only if the appointment is missed will the cash deposit be forfeited.

Cancellations -Any cancellations or rescheduling with less than 12 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service. Any appointment that is No Show will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy to ensure you receive the best service possible. We appreciate your understanding.

This is a Professional Spa Establishment -Our trained PK staff are here solely to help improve your wellness and relaxation. If a staff member ever feels that a client is behaving inappropriately, or not following spa policies they reserve the right to stop treatment, direct you to the front desk and you will be asked to vacate the premises.
